Key Responsibilities and Duties:

·To provide the technical input to Telecommunication Solution bids for the Oil and Gas and
other process industries.
·To understand, document and advise on customer requirements.
·To assist with technical sales presentations, bid estimation & clarifications.
·To identify scope changes and to assist in detailing the impact of such changes in terms of
cost and schedule.
·To develop and improve project standards and procedures.
·To work as a member of a project team in the executing of the project.

Qualifications:
·Engineering Degree / good relevant practical industry experience will be considered.
·Full driving license, essential.
·Eligible to work in the UK, essential.

Skills & Experience:
·Proven experience in the design, configuration, testing and commissioning of
telecommunication systems for the oil and gas industry; however experience in the chemical,
petrochemical or pharmaceutical industries is also beneficial.
·The scope of work covers External Communications, including but not limited to
transmission/Backbone, Fibre Optic Communication, Microwave Radio, Satellite Systems,
VHF-/FM Marine; Internal Communications including PABX, UHF Radio, TETRA, Paging
Systems, SCADA Radio systems; and Safety, Safety and Security Systems
including PA systems, Sirens and CCTV systems.
·Experience of working on international projects is desirable.
·Familiar with current national and international engineering standards.
·Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
